Harold, a Jacksonville (Florida) native, is a Mortgage Loan Originator and started advising on the Mortgage Bond market and Mortgage Back Securities back in 2002 as a Series 7/66 Registered Investment Advisor with Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated. Harold specializes in assisting Families, Individuals and Investors obtain the mortgage option that best fits their needs, allowing them to acquire residential real estate. After spending 3 years at Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University studying engineering, Harold completed his B.S.B.A. in Finance at the University of Central Florida.
