We are looking for an experienced Corporate Training Partner to help our employees develop their skills and knowledge. Your goal as the Corporate Training Partner will be to conduct informative training sessions, promote company efficiency, and improve the skills of all personnel.
Confer with management and employees to gain knowledge of work situations requiring training and to better understand changes in policies, procedures, regulations, business initiatives and technologies.
Work alongside the Corporate Training Manager to implement training procedures, (either in person or Go to Meetings), Conduct small group calls with Processors, LPs or LOs; Work alongside the Corporate Training Manager to implement a “First 5 Day Agenda”, along with a 30, 60 and 90-day follow-up schedule with each new Trainee to enhance performance and guarantee success in their position.
Formulate teaching outline and determine instructional methods such as individual training, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, conferences, meetings and workshops; Continued development of teaching aids such as training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials and reference works.
Test trainees to measure progress and to evaluate effectiveness of training; Report on progress of employees under guidance during training periods.
Assist employees with problems concerning "how to" perform specific tasks related to their processing and or loan partnering position(s).
Make suggestions on improving work procedures and best practices in the workflow process.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management of The Mortgage Firm.
The ideal candidate should have excellent and effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively describe complicated ideas to different audiences, should be Proficient in Encompass, Word, Power Point and Microsoft Outlook, have a strong working knowledge of standard loan products offered by FHA, VA, USDA, FNMA, and FHLMC. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 2 years’ recent successful mortgage loan processing and/or LO/LP experience and who are highly organized and proficient in time management. Some travel is required.
