The decision to purchase a home is one of the most important decisions made. As a home purchaser, you want to do what is ultimately best over the long term. My job is to take time with you; to explore and explain your options and aid in deciding what best suits your needs.
For 25 years, I have continued to keep up to date, through education of the different mortgage options available and the many current updates. I have been blessed by having worked as a Realtor and a State of Florida State Certified Building Contractor. This experience has given me a unique perspective on mortgage lending, helping me to understand what it means to “be in your shoes”. For those who have served our country in the military, I am also here to serve you. I personally served as a member of the US Army, as a combat infantry officer in Vietnam. I was awarded a Bronze Star and a Purple Heart. I strive to keep updated on constant changes to the VA lending market and can help you by explaining this important process.
