Faq's :

If you are able to make your mortgage payment please continue to do so as you normally would. Failure to make payments may result in adverse impacts to your credit.

If you’re experiencing financial difficulty as a result of COVID-19 you must first contact your mortgage servicer directly to let the company know you are having trouble making payments and ask about all of your options. Failure to contact your servicer before you stop making payments may result in:

  • Not Qualifying for Loan Forbearance (Paused Payments)
  • Negative Reporting to Credit Bureaus
  • Extra Penalties, Late Fees and Interest
  • Ultimately, Foreclosure and Eviction

You will be able to locate the name and contact information of your mortgage servicer by reviewing your most recent mortgage statement.
