A Reverse Mortgage is a loan for those age 62 and older that allows homeowners to convert their home’s equity into cash with no monthly mortgage payments.
Very difficult transaction in a short amount of time. Didn't meet the deadline that was promised. Very poor closing instructions. Almost didn't close at all. Seller wanted to back out of the deal on the day of the closing when she heard that the wire instructions weren't ready before the closing had begun. Underwriter was unprofessional and inefficient. Many problems with this transaction. Many are to blame.

While Lynda ultimately did what I needed her to do (get me a loan at a good rate), her indirect communication style, lack of accountability, and her quick to blame the customer are the things that stand out in my mind. Disappointing as everyone else at your company was professional and efficient. I lost a day of pay and attorney fees (nearly $750) because of Lynda's error.
